Already running inside organisations across Africa

Contracts on one laptop. Minutes in a notebook that never got typed. Budgets in a spreadsheet only one person understands. Nothing connects, and leadership finds out late.
Start with what you need now and switch the rest on later — same login, same data, no migration and no second product to buy.
Multi-year schedules, contractor claims, budgets, risk and lender reporting — built for work that runs for years, not to-do lists.
ExploreEvery contract, drawing and report — organised, versioned and searchable.
ExploreRecord it once; the minutes write and send themselves.
ExploreShare sensitive files with investors and auditors — watermarked, timed, logged.
ExploreRecords, contracts, attendance and leave in one profile per person.
ExploreBudgets, invoices and claims tied to the work that generated them.
ExploreOne live view of the operation, on any device.
ExploreAnything your industry needs, designed into the same platform.
ExploreThese are not features on a list. They are the things people notice in the first month — each one is something the system does today.
Every file keeps every version, so the old copy is one click away. Deleted items sit in a recycle bin until someone decides otherwise, and every open, edit, share and download is written to the activity log.
Access is granted per project, folder or single file, and per action — view, download, add, edit. Share links can expire, ask for a password, or send a one-time code to the recipient’s email. Search only ever returns what the person searching is allowed to see.
Record it once. The transcript, the minutes and the action list are drafted, filed against the right project and sent to the attendees — without anyone typing them up.
Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDF open in the browser, on any device, with nothing to install. The library works the way people already know from SharePoint: folders, versions, sharing, a three-dot menu on every item.
Dashboards read from the live records, not from a report someone assembled last week. Board packs and lender reports are generated on a schedule and land in the right folder.
Your own web address, your data kept apart from every other client, nightly backups. Calendars feed into Google or Microsoft calendar, notifications arrive by email, and it works on a phone at a site with weak signal.
Most software calls a task a "project". We built this for programmes that run for years, involve contractors and lenders, and cannot afford to lose a document or miss a milestone.
Follow a capital project from feasibility through permitting, procurement and construction to commissioning — with every milestone, variation and approval recorded as it happens.
The substation has to be energised before the rains start.
Transformer is at the port. Clearance is the only blocker.
I’ll raise the variation order for the extra bay this week.
Each screen runs a short walkthrough. Drag between them, flick them on a phone, or use the arrow keys.

Corenta grew up running capital projects. Underneath, it is a management platform — people, money, documents, approvals and reporting. Point it at a school, a hospital or a chain of pharmacies and it fits, because only the vocabulary changes.
