The honest variables
These are the things that actually move a quotation up or down. Nothing else is used to inflate it.

Fair-use applies to AI transcription and storage on standard plans; if your usage runs well above normal business use we agree a higher tier together — never a surprise bill.

No. Team size informs the quotation, but you are not billed per seat — so adding staff does not quietly increase your bill.
That is normal, and it costs less. Most organisations begin with one or two and add more once the first is embedded.
Your data is always yours and can be exported at any time. The platform itself is operated and hosted for you under the running fee; a fully owned deployment can also be quoted if you prefer.
Mobile money or bank transfer, with a formal invoice at each stage. Setup is paid at kick-off; the running fee begins when you go live.
